As part of the project “Technical Assistance for the Sectoral Reform of the National Policy for the Social and Economic Reincorporation of former members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia – People's Army (FARC-EP)” , Eptisa has participated in two interesting workshops:

Day of certification of the training process in gender.

With the participation of 102 professionals from the Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization (ARN) and representatives of allied entities, in five departments of the country, Antioquia, Urabá, Caquetá, Guaviare and Cauca, the cycles of training meetings culminated, which achieved the strengthening of skills and the generation of capacities to boost in the territory the mainstreaming of the women and gender approach in the reincorporation process, with the articulation of the ARN and the European Union in Colombia, through the European Fund for Peace. This will allow a more effective accompaniment with guaranteed rights.

Balance in the process of strengthening the MEDEPAZ collective

With satisfaction, women and men signatories of the Final Peace Agreement have been trained to acquire tools that will allow them to strengthen their administrative, accounting and communication skills, after 13 months in which the people in the process of reincorporation of the organization Medellín es Paz ( Medepaz), have acquired knowledge thanks to the articulation between the Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization (ARN) and the European Union in Colombia, through the European Fund for Peace, in order to strengthen the capacities for the consolidation of the collective and the sustainability of their association.
